Every woman needs time to relax, but mothers need more time and get less. Children are demanding. Throw in a husband and a job, and you are looking at no time at all. This is why it is very important to find time no matter how small that time may be. Try taking a fifteen-minute bath each night once the children are in bed. This little time can really be all you need to feel whole again. You could also try to book a day at the spa once or twice a month and have a full day of pampering. There is no reason why daddy cannot tend to the wee ones for you.
